We offer a complete range of management services, and work with both tenants and property owners. We can handle listings and tenant relations, maintenance and upkeep, We can handle everything, from tenant services and rent collection to maintenance and snow removal, or we can develop a customized management plan that caters to your specific needs.
Commercial Property Management
EPM manages many commercial properties around the state, and we offer various management and administrative services as desired by our customers. Beyond maintenance and tenant management, we also offer a full array of accounting services customized for commercial properties.
Condo and Homeowner Association Management
We provide full management and bookkeeping services to condominium and homeowner associations across Maine. We are also available on a consulting basis – we can develop a plan that will ensure the smoothest operation of your association.
Single-Unit Condo Management
